I understand this subscription is to pay for postage, mailing and faxing.

I understand that If I do not keep up with the monthly subscription, my process will be suspended and/or cancelled.

I understand that the credit team will not continue if a payment is missed.

I understand that I am not special and not special considerations will be given to me for missed payments.

I understand that all derogatory information may not be removed. This is not the fault of the credit team.
